Tips before you open the box
- Note the deadline. For phones it is often just 14 days.
- Keep every part. Apple requires all parts and packaging. Kohl's requires original packaging for premium electronics.
- Turn off security features before returning a device. Apple may refuse a return if they cannot be turned off.
- Ask about price adjustments. Best Buy matches its own lower price during your return period, and Apple refunds the difference if it lowers the price within 14 days. See price match policies.
