Buying gifts early? These stores extend their return deadline for holiday purchases. Dates are from each store’s own policy as of October 13, 2026; stores often update them in the fall, so check again before you rely on a date.

- Amazon: normal window 30 days.
- Target: normal window 90 days.
- Best Buy: normal window 15 days. Last year: purchases made October 31 through December 31, 2025 could be returned through January 15, 2026 (excluding holiday decor, AppleCare+ and activatable devices). Source.
