The email list
If you join our email list, we keep your address to send those emails and nothing else. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Notes you send
Corrections and suggestions about a store's policy are saved with any name or email you choose to add. If we use your tip, we may credit your first name; your email is never published.
On your device
The return deadline calculator and the planner work in your browser. Dates you enter are not sent to us.
Store links and cookies
Some store links pay us a commission if you buy, at no cost to you. When you follow one, that store may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. We set no tracking cookies of our own.
Logs
Our host keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page, browser) for security, and we count clicks and tool use without personal details.
Selling and sharing
We never sell personal information. Only the companies that host the site and send our email see it, unless the law requires otherwise.
