How returns work at Target
- Target Circle Card holders get an extra 30 days on nearly all items, and up to 120 days on beauty.
- Online orders can be returned by mail: Target emails a return label and instructions, for UPS or FedEx drop-off. Shipping fees depend on the method and may be refunded for qualifying reasons.
- Without a receipt, Target can look up the purchase with the card you paid with; otherwise you may get a merchandise return card, which needs a government ID. No-receipt returns may be limited.
- Opened mobile phones may carry a restocking fee of up to $35.
