How returns work at Kohl's
- Most items can be returned with or without a receipt: Kohl’s can look up the purchase by order number, Kohl’s Rewards account, card or the app return barcode.
- With no receipt and no record, you get Kohl’s Merchandise Credit at the lowest sale price of the last 13 weeks; a photo ID may be needed.
- Online orders can be returned in store or by mail. For mail returns you pay the postage, and shipping charges are not refunded. Refunds take 7 to 10 days after Kohl’s receives the item.
- Items bought in a store can only be returned to a store.
- Returning items can reduce or void Kohl’s Cash you earned on that purchase.
