When is my last day to return it?
Most stores count from the delivery date for online orders and the purchase date in store; the store’s page says which. Holiday extensions for 2026 are built in. Always confirm on the store’s site before the last day.
How it works
- We add the store’s standard return window to the date you enter.
- If the store has announced a 2026 holiday extension and your date falls inside it, you get whichever deadline is later.
- Stores with no fixed deadline (such as Costco for most items) show their rule instead of a date.
- Shorter windows for phones, electronics or other categories are listed under the result; check whether one applies to your item.

How do I work out my return deadline?

Do holiday extensions change my deadline?
Only if you bought within the store’s holiday window. If the normal window ends later, the later date applies.
