- Most new, unopened items can be returned to any CVS Pharmacy store within 60 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Online items can be mailed back within 60 days after calling Customer Care at 1-888-607-4287.
- With the receipt: refund or store credit at the original price. Without it: exchange or store credit, possibly at the lowest advertised price of the last 60 days, and returns may be limited or denied.
- A photo ID may be required. Card purchases are refunded to the card; online PayPal purchases get store credit unless you call.
