- Within 30 days of delivery you can return glasses for store credit (including standard shipping, U.S. and Canada). Within 14 days you can choose a refund of the price paid to your card, excluding shipping, tax and rush delivery.
- Get a return authorization number from customer service first, then send the complete glasses, case and a copy of your prescription to the address given.
- Shipping charges are not refunded, and Zenni is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
