- Pickup and delivery orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase at any Kroger family store, or refunded through "Request a Refund" in My Purchases.
- In-store purchases are refunded in store.
- Refunds go to the original payment method (except EBT and gift cards), 5 to 7 business days after confirmation.
