How returns work at L.L.Bean
- Return within one year of purchase for a refund, with proof of purchase.
- Mail or UPS returns cost $6.50 per package, free if you paid with an L.L.Bean Mastercard or card-earned Bean Bucks. Store returns are free (Clearance Centers take only their own items).
- Returns are processed 5 to 6 business days after arrival. Refunds cannot go to PayPal; store returns are refunded as store credit or a mailed check.
