How returns work at SCHEELS
- Most online and store purchases can be returned or exchanged within 90 days, in original packaging and condition.
- With proof of purchase: full refund to the original payment or a SCHEELS gift card. Without it: store credit with a state ID.
- Mail returns are free with a prepaid label from the online returns portal. Shipping fees and package protection are not refunded.
- SCHEELS may refuse returns from accounts with a history of return fraud or items bought to resell.
