How returns work at Tractor Supply
- Return or exchange within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase (receipt, Neighbor's Club account record or order email).
- Without a receipt, or after 30 days, store returns need approval and a state or federal ID, and are refunded as a gift card at the current price.
- Online orders can be returned in store or shipped back with a UPS label from your order history. Original shipping is refunded only for errors, damage or defects.
- Card purchases are refunded to the card; cash and debit usually in cash.
