Lowe's Lowest Price Guarantee matches a lower price on an identical in-stock item from a local retailer or an online competitor, including the competitor's shipping or delivery cost.
Exclusions and how to ask
- Show the ad, website or photo in store; for online competitors, use chat or call 1-877-465-6937.
- Not matched: clearance, closeout, seasonal, open-box and refurbished items, custom products, marketplace sellers, membership and wholesale clubs, loyalty or military-only prices, BOGO and bundle offers, and labor or installation prices.
- Lowe's does not match price differences between its own stores or ZIP codes.
Competitor match or price adjustment?
Stores use “price match” for two different things. A competitor match means the store beats or meets another retailer’s price. A price adjustment means it refunds the difference when its own price drops after you buy. Lowe's: Matches competitors.
