Exclusions and how to ask
- Walmart does not price match between its own stores.
- Marketplace and third-party seller prices are not matched.
- The store manager on duty has the final say on a price match.
Competitor match or price adjustment?
Stores use “price match” for two different things. A competitor match means the store beats or meets another retailer’s price. A price adjustment means it refunds the difference when its own price drops after you buy. Walmart: Own prices only.
