- Unworn, unused items bought online can be returned within 30 days of purchase; full-price store purchases within 30 days with the receipt.
- Alo covers return shipping on U.S. orders with the prepaid label in your packing slip (FedEx drop-off).
- Online refunds go to the original payment method, excluding original shipping. Store returns can be refunded or taken as store credit.
