How returns work at Anthropologie
- Unworn, unwashed items with tags can be returned or exchanged within one year of purchase or delivery. Refunds are given within 30 days; after that you get merchandise credit.
- Most mail returns have a $5.95 fee taken from the refund, unless it is an exchange. Store returns at U.S. and Canada stores are free.
- Store returns are refunded in about 1 to 3 business days; mail returns take about 1 to 2 weeks to process.
- Exchanges for a different size or color of the same item come with a free return label.
