How returns work at ASOS

  • Return within 28 days of delivery (for split orders, from the day the last parcel arrives). Items must be in original condition with tags.
  • Account holders: start the return in My Account > My Orders, then drop it off with a QR code or label (UPS in the U.S.).
  • Returns are free for account holders on qualifying orders, but under ASOS's Fair Use Policy a $4.95 fee may be deducted, and sales tax may apply depending on your state.
  • ASOS does not do exchanges; accepted returns are refunded. Processing takes up to 14 days after you send it, then up to 10 business days for the refund to reach you.
  • Faulty or wrong items can be returned free.

Can you return to ASOS without a receipt?

ASOS's return policy pages we checked do not spell out a no-receipt rule. Keep your receipt or order email, and ask at the store before you count on a refund. Compare other stores in our no-receipt returns guide.
