How returns work at Athleta
- Return within 30 days of delivery (online) or purchase (store). The Give-It-a-Workout Guarantee lets you return an item that does not perform within 30 days of delivery.
- Mail returns are free for Encore members; nonmembers pay $6. Exchanges by mail are free.
- Online orders can be returned in Athleta stores; store purchases cannot be mailed back.
- Most refunds go to the original payment method, including the tax paid. Damaged or defective items can be returned at any time.
Can you return to Athleta without a receipt?
