- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items can be refunded to the original payment method within 45 days of the ship date.
- Domestic return shipping is free with a prepaid UPS label. Original shipping is not refunded.
- Returns can also be made at Bonobos Guideshops. Allow up to 14 days for processing and bank posting.
