- Most items from carters.com or stores can be returned within 90 days of purchase for a full refund, unused and in original condition.
- In-store returns are always free at any Carter's, OshKosh B'gosh or Carter's Outlet store. Without a receipt, staff can look it up through Carter's Rewards, or give merchandise credit at the current price.
- Mail returns have a flat $6.00 return shipping fee taken from the refund.
- Refunds go to the original payment method: about 3 to 5 business days for cards. Gift orders get an e-gift card.
