How returns work at Coach
- Regular-price and sale items can be returned within 30 days, unworn and unused with all tags, parts and accessories.
- Mail returns with the prepaid label have $7 deducted. Shipping and gift box costs are not refunded.
- Returns are accepted at Coach and Coach Outlet stores, for in-store or online purchases.
- Refunds go to the original payment method; mail returns take 7 to 10 business days to process.
