- DICK'S, Calia, VRST and Golf Galaxy give 90 days on most products, from the purchase date in store or the shipment date online.
- With proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, receipt, packing slip or return barcode) the refund goes back to your original payment for most purchases. Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, PayPal and some other payments are refunded as a DICK'S gift card.
- Without proof of purchase you need an ID and get store credit at the lowest selling price, usable in stores only.
- Items must be clean and resalable. Original shipping charges are not refunded; you can mail returns with the label provided or pay your own shipping.
- In-store refunds can take up to 14 business days to post; mail returns take 2 to 3 weeks after DICK'S receives them.
