How returns work at evo
- evo's "365+1" policy: start a return within 366 days of purchase, in the condition received.
- Store drop-off is free. A prepaid UPS label costs $4.99 to $99.99 depending on the item (for example $11.99 for footwear or jackets, $14.99 for ski or snowboard gear), taken from the refund.
- Refunds go to the original payment method, or an evo gift card if that no longer works.
