How returns work at Express
- Return within 30 days of delivery with a valid receipt or order number, unworn and unwashed.
- Online orders can go back free to any U.S. Express store (not Factory Outlet stores), or by UPS, where $6.99 is taken from the refund for the prepaid label.
- Store purchases must go back to a store of the same type; they cannot be mailed.
- Refunds go to the original payment and can take up to 10 business days to show. Shipping fees are not refunded.
- No online exchanges: return the item and reorder.
