- U.S. returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase, and received and processed within 30 days for a refund.
- The prepaid label deducts $7.50 from the refund. Exchanges are free with an exchange label.
- Online purchases can be returned to J.Crew stores. Cash refunds need a government ID and the original receipt.
- Refunds go to the original payment method; gift card purchases get a new gift card.
