How returns work at Lulus
- Returns must be postmarked, or dropped off at a Happy Returns Return Bar, within 30 days of delivery, new and unworn with tags and original packaging.
- A $6.95 return fee is deducted per return shipment. Choose online store credit and Lulus adds a credit equal to the fee (once per order).
- Refunds go to your original payment method or online credit, 10 to 14 business days after the warehouse receives the return.
- Exchanges for a different size or color of the same style are free within 30 days of delivery.
