How returns work at PUMA
- Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Online returns of us.puma.com orders are free with a FedEx or authorized drop-off.
- puma.com purchases can be returned at any PUMA store with the original payment method and the order confirmation email.
- Refunds go to the original payment method (PUMA Gift Card purchases get an e-gift card); online returns take 1 to 2 weeks to process.
