- Refunds go to the original payment unless you prefer merchandise credit. Gifts and gift card purchases get merchandise credit.
- Without a receipt: merchandise credit at the current price within 30 days, with a government ID.
- The prepaid UPS label costs $9.95, taken from the refund. Original shipping is not refunded.
