How returns work at Windsor
- Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, new, unworn, unwashed and with all tags.
- Returns to a Windsor store are free. Happy Returns bars cost $4.95 and mail returns $7.95, taken from the refund.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Items with makeup, hair, deodorant or perfume on them are refused, and late returns are not accepted.
- Report damaged or missing items within 14 days.
