How returns work at Zappos
- Return within 60 days in new condition: unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags. Shoes need the original shoe box, without tape or labels on it.
- Returns are free anywhere in the U.S.
- Refunds are issued once the carrier scans the package; banks can take up to 10 business days, Afterpay up to 20 and PayPal up to 30.
- After 60 days, store credit returns may be possible in limited cases through customer service.
