Lands' End free shipping: minimum and rules

Lands' End free shipping rules

Free shipping on orders with $99 or more of merchandise, in the U.S. and Canada.

• Personalization charges, gift cards, gift boxes and taxes do not count toward $99, and the minimum applies per ship-to address.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.

How Lands' End compares

31 of the 39 stores we track that publish a minimum ask for less than Lands' End does. See them all on free shipping minimums by store.

Ways to save on shipping at Lands' End

• Check the cart for store pickup or ship-to-store options: where a store offers them, they usually avoid the delivery fee.
• If you are only a few dollars short, compare the gap with the shipping fee shown at checkout. Adding something you would buy anyway is only worth it if it costs less than the fee.
• Know the return rules first: on many sites, returning part of an order can reduce the refund if it drops you below the free shipping minimum.

Returns at Lands' End

Standard window: 90 days. Exceptions, no-receipt rules and mail returns are on our Lands' End return policy page.
