How returns work at B&H Photo
- Return for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be new, in the original unaltered box with an intact UPC, and include all packing, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. If not, B&H can refuse the return or charge at least a 15% restocking fee.
- Report missing or shipping-damaged items within two business days of delivery.
- Refunds usually go back the way you paid and take 5 to 7 days to appear after inspection. Check payments are refunded no sooner than 10 business days after purchase.
- Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at B&H's discretion.
