How returns work at Newegg
- Each item's return policy is shown on its product page; most products not in a shorter category get 30 days.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to opened hard drives, motherboards, graphics cards, projectors and TVs. New, unopened, damaged or defective items have no fee.
- Return labels are free for items of 50 lb or less. Over 50 lb, shipping is free only for damaged or defective items. If you use a Newegg label for a refund, Newegg may deduct its cost.
- Refunds go to the original payment method, usually within 2 business days of Newegg receiving the item. Gift purchases get store credit.
- Marketplace seller items follow the same policy, and sellers may add terms on their profile.
