How returns work at Dell
- Eligible purchases have a 30-day return period from the invoice date. Start the return in that time; once approved, you have 30 days to ship it back.
- For personal-use, defective or Dell-error returns there is no restocking fee and the return label is free.
- Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 to 15 business days of Dell receiving the item, less any fees or kept promotional items.
- Dell sometimes runs promotions that extend the return period for specific products.
