How returns work at GOAT
- Request a return within 30 days of receiving New In Box, New No Box, GOAT Clean, apparel or accessory items, in the condition shipped with all tags and packaging.
- Refunds are GOAT Credit, not cash, minus shipping both ways. The credit expires after a year in most states.
- Rejected returns are sent back at your expense.
