How returns work at StockX
- Eligible Verified Marketplace purchases can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in the condition delivered, with any StockX tag or sticker still attached.
- Start the return in Order Details, then ship it with the label provided within 7 days.
- Accepted returns are paid as StockX Credit in U.S. dollars, not back to your card.
- If a return fails StockX's returns check, you pay the shipping to have it sent back to you.
- Items that cannot be returned can be resold on StockX without selling fees within 90 days of delivery (No Fee Resale).
