How returns work at Samsung
- Phones, tablets, laptops, wearables, appliances, TVs and audio can be returned within 15 days of delivery, new or like-new with everything from the box. You then have 15 days to ship it.
- Return shipping is free. Shipping and installation fees are never refunded.
- Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection. Samsung Care+ is cancelled and refunded automatically on returns within 15 days.
- Some promotions extend the window; your deadline is on the My Orders page.
