How returns work at Temu
- Almost all items can be returned for a refund within 90 days of the purchase date.
- Start in Your orders, then Return/Refund. The first return for every order is free; drop the package at USPS or UPS.
- After you request the return you have 14 days to send it. Pack items without a barcode in clear bags.
- Refunds go to Temu credit or your original payment method. Damaged, wrong or missing items are covered by Temu Purchase Protection.
- Temu does not do exchanges: return the item and place a new order.
