How returns work at Woot
- Most purchases can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- If the item is not damaged or defective, the prepaid return shipping cost is taken from the refund.
- Fast Refund orders are refunded one business day after drop-off; others 3 to 5 business days after the warehouse gets them.
