- Online purchases sent by standard shipping can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition with all parts. Return fees may apply.
- Refunds go to the original payment method, 7 to 10 days after Ashley receives the item.
- Shipping, delivery and handling charges are not refunded unless the item was damaged or defective.
