How returns work at Casper
- Casper mattresses have a 100-night trial from delivery; returns are accepted from night 30 to night 100.
- Mattress returns are free: Casper sends a courier to pick it up, with no restocking or pickup fees, and refunds the original payment method in full.
- Mattresses must be in donatable condition. Casper products bought from other retailers follow that retailer's policy.
