How returns work at Overstock
- Start a return within 30 days of delivery; the item must reach the warehouse within 45 days of delivery, new or unused with all inserts and accessories.
- You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If Overstock made an error or the item is defective, it refunds the item and shipping and covers the return.
- Use the return label Overstock provides; returns sent another way may not be refunded and can incur a research fee. Each item needs its own label.
