How returns work at Parachute
- Most items can be returned within 60 days of delivery.
- Mail and Happy Returns Bar returns have an $8 flat fee taken from the refund. Returns in a Parachute store or for store credit are free. Shipping fees are not refunded.
- Refunds go to the original payment method: in store immediately, by mail 10 to 14 business days to process.
